Hot‑dip galvanized steel sheet is produced by coating cold‑rolled steel with a tight zinc layer through continuous hot‑dip galvanizing line. It combines excellent corrosion resistance, formability, weldability and paintability, widely used in construction, home appliances, automobiles, hardware and packaging industries.
Zinc layer provides long‑term barrier and sacrificial anode protection; stable performance in humid, salt‑spray and mild corrosive environments.
Supports cutting, bending, stamping, riveting and welding; coating does not peel easily during deep drawing.
High strength, good flatness, consistent thickness and reliable structural performance.
